- We do not practice medicine and are not a substitute for emergency care.
- For medical emergencies, dial 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
- Telehealth services are subject to state licensing restrictions.
- Providers are independent practitioners; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments are scheduled based on provider availability.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment may incur a fee up to $50.
- No-show appointments are charged the full consultation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened consultation or rescheduling.
4. Payments & Billing
- Fees are displayed upfront before confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
- Insurance claims are filed on your behalf; you are responsible for any uncovered balances.
- Self-pay options available with transparent pricing.
- Refunds are issued only for service errors or cancellations by the provider.
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
5. Prescriptions & Medical Advice
- Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating provider.
- We do not guarantee that prescriptions will be filled or covered by insurance.
- Controlled substances may not be prescribed via telemedicine in certain states.
- You must provide accurate and complete medical history for safe treatment.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
- You agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
- Harassment of providers or staff is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban.
- Impersonation of healthcare professionals is a violation of law.
- Do not share account access with unauthorized individuals.
- Any attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise platform security will be prosecuted.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and software are property of Prime Medical Cares.
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
- User-generated content (reviews) may be used for promotional purposes with attribution.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Prime Medical Cares is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the prior 6 months.
- We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Providers are individually liable for medical malpractice; we maintain professional liability insurance as required by law.
9. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Medical Cares from any claims arising from your misuse of the platform.
- This includes legal fees and costs associated with defense.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.
- Class action waiver: you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity.

11. Termination
